My family loves pasta. And what’s better than the perfect wine selection paired with your favorite pasta dish. A fan favorite dinner in our household is my mom’s Fabulous Spaghetti Sauce paired with our 2018 Barbera.

While I love pasta sauce made from scratch and freshly made Italian pasta, sometimes for time’s sake you just have to grab a box of pasta and a jar of pasta sauce from the grocery store. I’ve put together a wide selection of pasta, sauces, and wine selections available for purchase at our tasting room. Here are my top recommendations:

Carbonara & Chardonnay

This recipe from Damn Delicious’ carbonara is one of my go-to meals for an easy pasta dish with just 5 ingredients and 15 minutes of my time. I prefer to pair carbonara with our 2018 Chardonnay.

Four Cheese & Merlot

Where my cheese lovers at?! I love love Taste of Home’s four-cheese baked penne with a glass of Merlot.

Tomato Basil & Pinot Gris

I can’t not include our award-winning Pinot Gris with this delicious tomato basil fettuccine recipe from Creme de la Creme. This pasta is everything you love about homemade tomato basil soup and fettuccine noodles. Need I say more?
